Greatness
Tuesday, August 30th, 2011Greatness is reached for by so few of us. Yet we were born to be great, every one of us. We have become culturally hypnotized to think we are small, insignificant, unimportant, unloveable, and undeserving. Wake up, take a look around at the sky, and the earth around your. See your friends and family. Look for their greatness. There is greatness in every single human being, and we spend very little time looking for it.
As you look for it in others, you may begin to find a little of it in yourself. Greatness is not about being arrogant, or egotistical. Greatness is about reaching into the heart and soul of yourself and letting the realness of your love shine from your heart to others.
Dostoevski said “If you love everything, you will perceive the divine mystery in things.
Once you perceive it, you will begin to comprehend it better every day. And you will come at last to love the whole world with an all-embracing love.”
You are great when you love. Enjoy and let yourself relax a little into your greatness with the following inspirational quotes.
